[MR] PA Turnpike toll increase

Oh, the Cranberry exit is still there. The toll booths that used to be 
across it are gone, but the exit is still there... :-)

Tolls to Cranberry are equal to the tolls to Warrendale, which is the 
"new" barrier toll plaza that you go through just before getting off at 
Cranberry. (Since I used I-68 and I-79 to get to Pennsic last year, my 
first experience paying at the new toll plaza was for AEth War Practice 
back in May.)
