I wish to confirm the information that his Excellency has given.  There will indeed be a chance to authorize at Storvik Novice Tourney on Saturday.  Storvik Novice Tourney has a long tradition of preparing fighters for the Atlantian army; last year almost 30 fighters were authorized, either for the first time or in a new weapons form.  This is an excellent chance for someone to both become authorized and to get some practice for Pennsic.  Saturday will have a Tourney for Novices filled with pagentry and battle, and Sunday will have enough melee practice to hone the fighters of Atlantia to a fine sharpness.
