[MR] Update on Bright HIlls Barionial Birthday

Greetings Everyone,
I wanted to provide an update on the status of activities at Bright Hills Baronial Birthday, Feb 14, 2004.
Most everything is progressing as planned.  We still need servers, clean up and help with children's activities (only 1 hour in morning and 1 hour in afternoon).  Please contact me if you are interested in helping in any of these areas.
We have had one major set back for our marshal activities.  Our MOL has had to cancel and we are looking for a replacement. If you are, or know a warranted MOL and are willing to join us please contact me.  I haven't canceled the fighting yet as I am holding on to hope.  I will keep everyone posted.

The feast is nearly half sold out and the deadline for getting the $2.00 discount is this weekend.  I urge everyone to sign up in advance, as I cannot guarantee that there will be seats available at the door.
