[MR] Royal Court Report: Kingdom 12th Night, January 10 AS XXXVIII

On a crisp and clear day, the 10th of January, did the Kingdom of Atlantia 
gather to celebrate the Yule season.  On that splendid day Their Majesties, 
Ragnarr and Kyneburh, conducted courts to recognize worthy members of the populace 
and other items of note.  The first of which was held in the Morning with the 
following business being conducted:

Baron Rodrigo Falcone was allowed a moment to thank everyone who attended and 
to welcome them to the hospitality of the Barony of Windmaster's Hill.

1. Melisent of Caer Mear - Order of the Opal.

2. Ailionora of Hindscroft - Award of the Fountain.

The office of Golden Dolphin Herald was exchanged from Lord Gorm of Berra to 
Mistress Alisoun MacCoul of Elphaine.

3. Kisaiya Zingara - Order of the Pearl.

Lord Danr Bjornsson did present Their Majesties with an exquisite Pen Set 
with a Wax Sealing kit of the Kingdom Arms all of his own manufacture.

4. Danr Bjornsson - Award of the Silver Nautilus.

The Order of the Pelican did change Principal from Mistress Rhiannon ui Neill 
to Mistress Genevieve d'Aquitaine.

5. Anne le Coeur - King's Award of Excellence.

6. Benefse al Rashida - Order of the Golden Dolphin.

Lord Fritz Justus Fritz was placed on Vigil for the Order of the Pelican.

Baroness Rachel Wallace was placed on Vigil for the Order of the Laurel.

So ended the Morning Court.

The afternoon was spent in comraderie with friends and family until the time 
of the Evening Court where the following court was conducted:

Baron Rodrigo Falcone was given time to conduct a Windmaster's Hill Baronial 
Court.

7. Gisel die Spacs - Award of Arms.

8. Briana Maclukas - Order of the King's Missiliers (Officially Reinstated).

9. Piero Antonio Volpo - Grant of Arms.

10. Alexandre of Kapellenburg - Order of the Hippocampus.

11.  Mark d'Aubigney - Order of the Kraken.

12. Clare de Crecy - Award of the Fountain.

13. Nikulai Ivanovich - King's Award of Excellence.

Then Master Nikulai thanked everyone who attended the event and made it such 
a success.  He then called Mistress Clare Hele to present the A&S Prizes.

14. Alianor atte Red Swanne - Order of the Pearl.

15. Fritz Justus Fritz - Order of the Pelican.

The office of Royal Bard was transferred from Master Ruaidhri an Cu to Lady 
Eleanor (missed the last name) with Honorable Mention given to young lady 
Francis for her wonderful performance in the competition.

The office of Kingdom Exchequer was transferred from Lady Brianna Morgan of 
the Valley to Baroness Benefse al Rashida.

16. Clelia of the Mists - Order of the Golden Dolphin.

17. Baroness Denise Duvalier - Order of the Golden Dolphin.

As the final item of business Dame Roxanne Greenstreet did ask for a moment 
of time to allow Lady Orla and Lady Tierza to present Her Majesty with the 
handkerchief prepared for her by the Guild of Arachne's Web.
