[MR] research paper rough draft feedback is done

Almost all rough drafts turned into me for the
research paper competition have been returned with
comments.  There's some truly good quality research
going on in this kingdom!  I hope that doesn't
intimidate you from entering though as I think this
has become the fun experience I hoped it would be!

Because of the holidays I may consider receiving rough
drafts a little after deadline (the deadline was Jan
1) but you must let me know immediately.

Remember - rough drafts are not required to enter the
