Greetings from Tankred Bras-de-Fer! Herald to His Most Excellent 
Excellency; Rodrigo Falcone!

12th night was a VERY good event. I had fun at the heralds table and I 
hope that all who submitted names and devices gets those items passed 
without any trouble. Thanks goes out to Golden Dolphin Herald Alisoun 
(who is a truly marvelous multitasker) who kept me on track!

Thus follows the 12th Night Court of Baron Rodrigo Falcone, 10 day of 
January, A.S. XXXVIII (2004 Gregorian)

His Excellency welcomed all the people that this was their first event

Lothair Spittstoesser (Riley Splittstoesser) - KittyHawk and was made an 
Honouary Citizen

His Excellency then called the children that had made cookies for him to 
pay His "pun tax." His excellency was so overcome by the wonderous 
cookies that he proclaimed that the "pun tax" was paid for ALL OF THE 
CHILDREN of Windmasters' Hill for the next YEAR! That does not count to 
the PARENTS of said children! After making several puns himself, Her 
Majesty asked him if he knew that there was a Kingdom "pun tax." He said 
that he did and paid that tax with the cookies that he got from the 
children!

His Excellency then called Lady Idonia de la Mare and Baron Stephan 
O'Riley to exchange the mantle of Seneschall between them.
