The fact of the matter is; that with the introduction of electronic 
polling, order mailing lists, some chat room gatherings, etc.  None of 
this is private.  If you tyype it into a computer, that is ever attached 
to a network, let alone send messages to a server it is public 
information in most practical and legal senses.
