[MR] German translation needed

Hello to the kingdom!

I am looking for someone, preferably in the MD / DC / northern VA area who 
can read German well enough to sit down next to me and tell me what is being 
said in an article.  I do not need a word-for-word translation, but I do need the 
information that is in the article.  I am willing and happy to pay for this 
help.
