[MR] Webministers & Page Maintainers

Howdy folks,  

Due to a a series of catastrophic computer failuers I have a extremly out-dated listing of webministers and people who maintain kingdom order pages.  If you fall into this category what I will need is a copy of your information (name, address, email, membership info), what page you maintain, if your site is on the kingdom server, and if you know it when your warrent expires.

Please use the subjecy [Webminister Info} so my filters pick it up properly.
