[MR] Updates to Law and Policy now online

Greetings and Happy New Year to all!

A number of changes were discussed at Their Majesties' Curia and
published in the January Acorn.  The Atlantian Great Book of Law,
Kingdom Book of Policy, and Kingdom Financial Policy have now been
updated with those changes.  You can find all three Books at
http://law.atlantia.sca.org.
