[MR] The Vigil of Baroness Rachel Wallace

Dear Friends,

    As many of you know my Lady, Baroness Rachel Wallace was set on Vigil by
their Majesties Ragnar and Kyneburh at 12th night.  For those who were
unable to visit with her and give her your words of counsel and guidance at
12th night, she will be sitting in state at the 25th Tourney of Manannon Mac
Lir in the Barony of Hidden Mountain.  She will then conclude her vigil at
the Tourney of Ymir in Windmasters Hill.
