Item Description:		
	Black & Gold Velvet Tudor - Very Nice!
Based loosley on the portrait of Lady Jane Gray Dudley. 
Auction includes: Bodice, Partlet, Underskirt, Overskirt, Hoop Skirt, Bloomers, & Pill Box Hat (Corset not included). Dress size 16.
Bodice: Velvet w/ heavily beaded gold & black trim interlined w/ canvas for stability & outerlined w/ black cotton. 
Undersleeeves are gold brocade w/ beaded lion & laurel motif & black beaded trim, slitted to allw partlet to be puffed through. Over sleeves are black velvet w/ deep black faux fur cuffs studded w/ gold beads. 
Bodice laces down the back with heavy duty gold tone grommets & black lacing. All beading is hand sewn. (You will need a corset to wear with this gown. Not included with  this auction.)
Partlet: White batiste, ties @ wrist & neck, features hand embroidered thistle & blackwork embellishment.
Underskirt: Off white muslin gore cut skirt (will be hidden by overskirt) w/ fore panel of gold beaded brocade with lion & laurel motif. 
Overskirt: Circle cut black velvet featuring gold & black trim.
Waistband on both skirts have heavy duty hook & eye closure.
This gown was handmade by the seller.
