Greetings,
    I would like to announce that Haseka Chernykova from the Canton of
Aire Faucon in the Barony of Sacred Stone is my new Southern Regional
Kingdom Waterbearing Deputy.  She will be assisting me by handling most
waterbearing matters in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Augusta,
Georgia, as well as assisting with and contributing to the Kingdom-wide
waterbearing effort.  She is taking this duty on with no experience in
waterbearing but with a willingness and enthusiasm to learn and to serve
her Kingdom (which are the most important aspects of service).  I am
tremendously grateful for her offer of assistance and look forward to
working with her to spread waterbearing throughout the kingdom.  Please
join me in congratulating and welcoming her!
