[MR] 12th nite question - open display?

I discussed an open display privately but was told
that there would not be one at 12th night.

It seems there is some concern that a display detracts
from competition. I don't understand this but I give
those in charge the right to manage things their way.

I was reminded that on the Atlantian competition form
that there is a "Display Only" checkbox that one may
use.
