[MR] Crown Letters of Intent

Greetings Atlantia,

We look forward to seeing you at Crown Tournament, to be held May 1 in
Boone, NC.  For those wishing to participate in the tournament, a few
reminders about letters of intent:

Letters must be received by March 15
Letters must be sent BOTH to us AND to the Kingdom Seneschal
Letters must include your modern name, SCA name, address, phone number,
membership #, and membership expiration date

Please address letters to the following e-mail addresses:
prince at atlantia.sca.org; princess at atlantia.sca.org;
seneschal at atlantia.sca.org

If you sent a letter via postal mail or conveyed it at an event, please
confirm by e-mail that we have received and recorded it.
