Greetings Fellow Atlantian Waterbearers,
Since I've become Kingdom Waterbearer I've noticed that the list of
currently active waterbearers in this kingdom is sadly out of date and I
would like to correct that problem. So if you consider yourself an
active waterbearer in the Kingdom of Atlantia, or if you would like to
become one, can you please send the following information to me at
cicilia_tironi at verizon.net with the subject of "Waterbearer " (even if
you only waterbearer one or two events a year or even only at Pennsic):
* Modern Name
* SCA Name (if applicable)
* Home Group (i.e. barony, shire, etc.)
* Whether or not you've had the waterbearing class (taking the
class at Pennsic counts)
* E-mail address
* Phone # (only if you don't mind for contact purposes - I will
not give out without permission)
* Home Address (only if you don't mind for contact purposes - I
will not give out without permission) (if you don't want to give your
full address please at least give me your city and state so that I know
where in your group you're located...since some groups cover quite a bit
of territory)
* Whether or not you're willing to be contacted when waterbearers
are needed for an event in your area.
* Whether or not you're willing to have your e-mail address posted
on the Kingdom Chirurgeon/Waterbearer page so that you can be contacted
if a waterbearer is needed.
* Whether or not you've ever been Waterbearer in Charge (WiC).
* And finally, whether or not you're part of an organized
waterbearing group and/or if there's an organized waterbearing group in
your area.
Thank you all very much in advance for your input. Please pass this
missive on to your local groups so that I can, hopefully, hit as many of
our waterbearers as possible.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for all of
your hard work. While I find waterbearing to be tons of fun I also
realize that it often involves a lot of hard work. I really appreciate
all of the work that you all do in order to keep the fighters and
populace of Atlantia healthy and our chirurgeons bored. :-) Your
efforts do not go un-noticed or unappreciated! I look forward to
meeting and working with every one of you. Keep up the good work!
Yours In Service,
Lady Cicilia Tironi
