[MR] unusual meat/fat/tallow sources

I'm just becoming aware of this web site so others
might not know about it.  The following web site:

has local farmers organized by state that offer a
variety of locally grown meats, etc.  A couple of them
are working with me about unusual kinds of fat and
tallow even though it's not a standard product for
their business.

It's an interesting resource for those that like
alternative meat sources, etc.
