The Kingdom Arts & Sciences Festival will be here before you know it. 
Time is getting short to let us know about your space requirements. 
Gentles who anticipate needing the use of more than one half of a standard
sized buffet table, electricity and/or require floor space for large items
should contact me as soon as possible at kittyr at pinn.net or
kmoyer at oldpoint.com.  Remember also to contact me if you are planning on
displays that require space outdoors such as blacksmithing or throwing
clay.  We will be unable to accomodate torches indoors due to the lack of
easy ventilation.
Please put KASF in your subject line as my spam filters have been working
overtime.  I know of at least one person whose email was bounced due to an
attachment and of at least two of my emails that did not reach the
intended recipients.  If you have emailed me with a request and not heard
back, please try again.  Of course, if you do not reserve space in
advance, we will accomodate you to the best of our abilities.

Information on the competitions, accomodations and so on can be located
there.  A copy of the registration form for the Pentathlon/Triathlon can
also be found there.  It is recommended that you print this form and fill
it out in advance of your arrival at the site to expedite your entry
paperwork.
