[MR] Do you still need a hotel room for Twelfth Night? Time is almost out!

If you haven't made your hotel reservation for Twelfth Night and were
feeling down because the deadline has passed, don't despair!  There are
still up to 15 rooms available on Saturday night (the 8th) and up to 24
on Friday night.  And, if you make your reservation at the Comfort
Suites of Manassas by December 26, you can still get the group rate.

THE CATCH:

You must speak to the sales team directly, and you must do so by
December 26; if you just call reservations, they won't show the
extension on the group rate deadline and you will get the rack rate of
$89.00 per night.

When you call, ask for Heidi Ward or Calvin Gaskins.  Their number is
(703) 686-1100.

Remember, there are still some rooms available, but you must act now to
get the Society for Creative Anachronism discounted rate of $59.00 per
night.  Any reservations made after December 26 will be at the rack
rate of $89.00.  So call today!
