At her Excellencies request I am resubmitting this missive that she has  
tried twice to submit to the list herself.  Hopefully this time it will get  out 
to the populace.

Greetings Atlantia!
I am sure everyone is busily preparing for 12th  Night and all the other 
chaos that goes along with this time of year!
I just  wanted to remind those of you who are planning on attending Gulf Wars 
to PLEASE  let me know!!!!!!!!!!
I have gotten exactly 2 responses so far. If this is  truly a representation 
of who will be attending, then we will not be able to  register for land.
I remind you that we must have 20 people pre-registered by  the deadline 
which is the end of January. 

Even if you have not  registered yet, but you know that you will be 
attending, 
please send me your  information as we are trying to negotiate land with Gulf 
Wars and it would  be great if I had an idea of how many Atlantians will be 
camping with us so  that I can better negotiate a nice spot for us this year. 
While I have only  had a couple of responses so far, but I am sure far more 
of you 
are planning  on coming to support TRM King Janos and Queen Rachel and Her 
Highness,  Princess Denise. 
Gulf Wars is a wonderful event, and if you have never  attended, and are 
considering it, but would like more information, please  feel free to drop me 
a line as well.
When you do write to tell me that  you will be coming, can you please provide 
the following  information:
Mundane Name
SCA Name
Local Group in Atlantia
Planned Date of  Arrival
Tent Size (please note if it is mundane or a period  tent)
Registration sent

If you do have  several in a group and you all want to camp close together, 
please nominate  one person to send me the info for all of you to make it 
easier 
on  communication and I will make sure you are all put together on site. 

Again, PLEASE remember that we need at least 20 people pre-registered  to be 
assigned land...otherwise we take our chances in single camping.
