And to further confirm delays, the Acorn actually went to the post
office Monday, December 20. So it took a local first class delivery 2
days to arrive. Happy holidays.

for those out there that are concerned about the delivery of their
monthly acorn here is something to use to track its actual delivery
time.

i live in the neighboring zip code to the main post office here in
charlotte where the acorn is delivered for shipping. i pay first class
postage. i received my january acorn today.

this info might help those of you that are trying to determine how long
the usps is taking in delivering your copies. with this knowledge in
hand you can determine the delivery time to your location and if you
find there to be a delay you should contact your local postmaster.

Some people are like Slinkies: not really good for anything, but you
still can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.
