[MR] Hurricane Frances

My fellow Atlantians,

Hurricane Frances looks to be a dangerous threat to the shores of Trimaris and Meridies as of the current predictions, however Atlantia could also fall victim as this storm is subject to multiple influences that change it's forecast path with each update. 

This is a massive hurricane with intense effects that will extend over hundreds of miles before and after it makes landfall this weekend. 

I encourage everyone in the southern lands to monitor it's progress closely, be prepared and listen to the advice of emergency officials in your area.
