[MR] Atlantian Procession for Opening Ceremonies

Greetings to the populace of Atlantia,

Their Majesties have requested that I organize the Atlantian procession for 
opening ceremonies at Pennsic War. It is Their desire to display Their 
Kingdom in all its finery to show the assembled people of the Known World 
the glory and pride of the Kingdom of Atlantia.

I urge each and every Atlantian citizen to don your finest garb; take up 
banner, spear, trumpet or drum and join in the company of your fellow 
Atlantians to show support of your kingdom in this time of war.

This undertaking can only be acheived with the aid and cooperation of the 
kingdom as a whole.

We will assemble at the gates of the East Kingdom Royal Encampment at 10 am 
on Sunday August 15th.
