My first advice is to get to know a neat little website known as MapQuest.  
Plug in your address and the address of the destination and it will give you a 
fairly efficient* route.

To really answer your question, take I-95 to Richmond, Virginia then follow 
any of the previously discussed routes (Pennsic Driving).

* For varying degrees and definitions of fairly and efficient.
