Also, I70 south of Breezewood is under construction and is 
(or was July 4) one lane in each direction for about 5-10 
miles. This did cause a significant backup over the 4th of 
July weekend (which is how I discovered the cutthrough on 
I99 - which is significantly longer, but moved)
