Not to be a stickler....but Atantia (to my knowledge) does not have 
"pirates", but at one time, there were a group of Her Majesty's Privateers, which later 
became the Atlantian Trading company, with a clause the Privateers to be 
activated again should future Monarchs see a need for their services.
The skull and cross bones spike was created when the Privateers were active 
as a favor from the Queen for those who supported the Privateers. 
I am not sure, however, if there have been any created since the original set 
( new "pirated" ones if you will...sorry.... could not pass up the pun). If 
you are still talking about the originals, I can contact the person who created 
this fun version of Spike and see if they are willing to share :-)!
