[MR] Pennsic driving

There are indeed other routes from Atlantia to
Pennsic, but the way through Breezewood is indeed the
"quickest."  (Whether or not it is still the quickest
once one is sitting in construction traffic is a
matter still up to debate).  I know one other route
that goes through Morgantown, WV takes approximately
6.5 hours.  

It ends up being a matter of when you go (time of day
greatly determines time spent in traffic, as Gorm
said), and whether or not you choose to spend your
extra 1.5 hours sitting in traffic, or traveling
through a fairly scenic route.  Weather also
determines the traffic load, of course.  I have not
yet had a drive to Pennsic be totally dry the whole
way up.

That said, I personally don't remember traffic being
all that bad on the way up.  HOwever, the fact that we
hit that area around 8:30-9pm, might have had
something to do with it.
