[MR] Atlantian Heraldic Results Now Available

The results of the April deliberations of the Atlantian College of Heralds
are now available on the Atlantian heraldic web site at
herald.atlantia.sca.org thanks to the incredible efficiency of Ealdthryth of
Humberstone.  (She posted it literally minutes after receiving the internal
letter of acceptances and returns from me!)

Since I know many of you will ask, no new Laurel results for Atlantia have
been posted.  The next results from Laurel will be in the letter for the
February meetings which has not yet appeared.
