[MR] Online Award Recommendations

Howdy

As HRH Padraigin mentioned earlier you now can make award 
recommendations online.  You may ask yourself whell how do I do this.  
Well got https://atlantia.sca.org/award/ and register for a user account 
and you'll be ready to go.   Once you are in the application you will be 
able to create, edit, and delete recommendations that you've made.  
There will be a FAQ shortly regarding the sites functionality.

One note this site is on a secure server.  When you first login you will 
be presented with a security certificate to approve.  One of the things 
that you will notice is that it not from a "trusted source".  This is 
because it is a self signed certificate, not one issued from a 
certificate authority such as Verisign or Thwate.  This certificate is 
safe to accept, it's not going to do anything to your system <GRIN>.  To 
check for authenticity you should see that the Organization (O) is the 
Kingdom of Atlantia, SCA Inc.  and the Orginzational Unit (OU) is Self 
Signed Certificate.  If you see anything else please let me know 
immedeatly as something has gone horribly wrong. 

To accept the certificate depends on your browser.  If you are using 
Netscape/Mozilla click on the accept till expires button and you'll be 
good to go.  If you are using Internet Explorer yu will need to click on 
the View Certificate button and then Install Certificate and follow the 
directions in the wizard that is presented.  The other option you have 
is to accept the certificate for just the session.
