Good Gentles All,
I pray that you will heed Lord Theron's encouragement to attend our 
event on May 8. I would add to what he has said that there are 
competitions in all forms of weapons, including rapier, thrown weapons 
and archery. There is also an A&S competition and display. The 
competition is for the best Italian Renaissance hat. Displays include a 
"First Effort" display...wherein folks will display their first efforts 
at a particular art or science. This is your opportunity to see what 
your favorite Laurel or Pearl turned out when they were just starting 
out! Finally, I am preparing a feast taken entirely from period 
Mediterranean sources and served as feasts at that time were served 
(with a small nod to modern convenience and habits....).

We have a number of reservations already in hand, so if you're thinking 
of coming...and want to eat the feast...I suggest you send your 
reservations in...yesterday??
