[MR] Tournaments Illuminated at a public library

A better idea than simply relying on the possibility that people will 
utilize it frequently enough for the library to keep it on the shelf might 
be to ask the library to keep a mailing address or phone # where they can 
send it if they decide to take it off the shelf.  I hereby volunteer to pay 
the shipping and keep the stuff.  Feel free to pass along the info to the 
library.
