Please note that all rapier tournaments at royal progress events during this reign will be schlager default. 

What is schlager default ? All rapier combatants will fight with schlager unless they are not authorized to do so. If the combatants are not authorized, only then will they fight with epee. 

This is only at royal progress events during the current reign.

RMIC of those events are expected to comply. 

This proclaimation comes from the council between HRM Cuan and The Order of the White Scarf.
