[MR] snakes and hurricanes

I hope those with power can convey my sympathies to
those still without power.  As one who went a week
without in the middle of a winter storm I understand
the frustrations!

I have also seen several reports now about hurricanes
specifically stirring up snakes and have seen a couple
reports of pets getting bit.  As you begin clean up
after this hurricane and others please be cautious!
