Unto the noble populace of Atlantia, Greetings!

It is with a sad heart that I must announce that Chalice of the Sun God is
CANCELLED.

After speaking with the staff at Prince William Forest Park, it is clear
that even though the storm will have passed by Saturday, the park will
likely still be closed as of Saturday morning so that work crews can clean
out the inevitable fallen trees, etc.  There is also a high liklihood of
flooding and power outages which will affect both the site and attendees.

There will be full refunds available to all who pre-registered.  Procedures
and policies for refunds will be announced here next week after consultation
with our Exchequer.

Thanks for your patience.  And get ready for next year!
