[MR] Rain Info for Charlestown Demo

Below is rain information for those of you attending the Charlestown
Riverfest Demo tomorrow:

IF it plans to pour rain all day Saturday, I will cancel the demo.  The rain
date is Sunday, September 14th, but I am unable to be there on that day and
I know many of you cannot commit to Sunday, either.  If it is only
drizzling, the demo will still be on and I will be at the site tomorrow
between 8 and 9 am.
