[MR] Info on Aethelmearc fatality

Greetings all,

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but thought I'd post the facts as known
before I start hearing weird rumors about this.

In a nutshell, a fighter collapsed during a authorization bout and was
pronounced dead at a local hospital shortly thereafter.  The death was
determined to be due to a medical condition and not related to the
combat activity.
