[MR] SCA references in novels.

Well, from 2000 years uptime, I can see where early 20th C would
qualify. Weber didn't specify the new SCA cutoff date, but I'd guess it
would be the Diaspora (around 2105, something like that), when Mankind
headed for the stars. 

Guns are already period for OUR cutoff, just not M1911A1s. Portable
firearms are around for the last 300 years of our current period, and
pistols for around the final 80-90.
