Both Katherine Kerr and Mercedes Lackey were involved with the SCA at 
one point, but I haven't heard of either being active (as in, attending 
any events) any time recently.  I know Mercedes has registered a name 
and arms, since I saw the paperwork, but I don't recall the name she 
used.  And if the SCA gets going in Ireland Katherine Kerr may get 
active again to some extent.
