Unto the many assembled Companions of the Atlantian Orders of High Merit do King Ragnarr and Queen Kyneburh send greetings. 

At each event that her Majesty or I attend, we will be hosting a brief meeting for open conversation with one of the kingdom orders. This will rotate per event among all the orders.

Please be aware that these meetings may be occurring at the “edges of the day” (before fighting, after court, etc) to try to minimize  the impact on the planned festivities of each event. We expect that each of the meetings will be approximately 30 minutes for Our part, and would encourage order members to remain for further conversation if that is the desire of the group. 

There is no specific agenda for these meetings. We look to them merely a chance to take some time to communicate about candidates of interest, any pending issues or concerns that order members may have, or to inform orders of coming elevations where possible.  

If we have scheduled a meeting at a time that you can not attend, no worries, there is likely to be another one in a few events anyhow. If you have specific questions, recommendations or comments for us remember that you can always send us a note or call us.

We do not wish these sessions to replace the formal meetings that will be scheduled for UnEvent, nor will it replace our more formal communications regarding coming elevations. These will either be directed in writing to the order, or communicated directly with the principal as best fits the occasion.
