[MR] Rapier Tourney at Isenfir's Games Tourney

Greetings Unto the Tavern, and the Academie d'Espee d'Atlantiae-

I've heard from a few others that there are questions about it, but 
there _will_ be rapier activity as Isenfir's Games Tourney this 
saturday.  As I've just taken over running the tournement (and have a 
pile of work due tomorrow, wednesday, and thursday), I can't say exactly 
what the format will be.  The intention, however, is something 
light-hearted and fun to fill the outdoor activities with the same joy 
and merriment that is sure to fill the gaming indoors.

Don't forget to bring your coin - betting on the fighting is not only 
allowed, but encouraged!
