Greetings Atlantia!

Since Master Roland de Mounteney has been enforcing one
specific marshallate policy, I've gotten a landslide of
e-mail.  That policy is that marshalls must attend a
marshalling class every two years or face suspension.

This missive from me is the response to all the e-mail I've
received on the matter.

At Their Majesties' Crown Tournament in Williamsburg,
Virginia, I will teach the Marshal 101 class to help those
whose warrants have been suspended for not taking this class
in two years.

I expect that this will take place after Atlantia's heirs
have been chosen, but before the evening's feast. 
Obviously, this is subject to change based on Their
Majesties' whim and the needs of the autocrat.

If you currently find yourself under suspension, I urge you
to make the effort to attend this class.  This session will
not be optimal for marshalls in training; due to time
considerations we will not have as much time for question
and answer as in a proper University setting.
