I can help with these two. I have setup a new site using a collaborative 
publishing system at http://sca-info.org/ - if you join the site, you'll 
be able to create, store, and publish documents online. The idea is to 
use this for SCA related documents, not for purely personal stuff. I 
need a few volunteers to become "reviewers" whose job is to review 
documents submitted for published and approve, edit, or reject 
documents. Other than that, people can go ahead and setup their own 
accounts, create a brief homepage for themselves, and start creating and 
submitting documentation and articles they'd like to share with other 
SCA folks.

The system is a bit slow right now, but I'm planning on moving 
everything over to a faster computer in the future.
