[MR] Middle eastern classes at University

Greetings, Atlantia,

I am coordinating a track of middle eastern themed
classes to offer at the upcoming session of University
(pending Ysolt's approval, of course). At the moment I
have only 'half a track' arranged, and would be
interested in hearing from anyone who would like the
chance to teach on a middle eastern topic. "Middle
eastern" in this context includes the Byzantine and
Ottoman empires, north Africa and Moorish Spain, as
well as the Levant and points east.

Class wish list includes: 
dancing (other than belly dancing)
garb (we already have one class on Ottoman garb)
textiles
music (other than drumming)

But I'm happy to hear any class suggestions!
