[MR] Chicken Bog Period?

Jambalya?  Buy a box of Zatarains, cook sausage
(andouille if you have it), onions, green pepper
celery.  Add a few hands full of leftover cooked
chicken.  toss in other stuff as you like.  I like
black olives.  Serves 6 people, 4 hungry college kids
or 2 SCAdians.  

Oh, you mean a PERIOD dish like this.
