"El monte de los maestros del viento," though you could substitute "el
altozano," "la colina," "el collado," or "la cuesta" for "el monte,"
depending on what kind of hill it is.

(Likewise, you could substitute "los señores" for "los maestros," but
"maestro" has more of a connotation of mastery of something, whereas
"señor" is a bit more generic, like "lords of the wind" or "men of the
wind.")
