[MR] [HERALDRY] July, August, and September submissions

Unto those who have submitted Heraldry in the recent months does Gorm of 
Berra, Golden Dolphin Herald, send greetings:

Back before the recent windstorm, I had sent a note indicating that those 
who submitted armory at or before Pennsic should receive word no later than 
October 15th indicating the Atlantian Results of that submission.

Due to Isobel's visit, and the subsequent distractions of cleanup, I am 
behind my personal schedule.  I apologize as completely as I can for this, 
but I am working on getting through the backlog.

I am currently about 80% through processing the nearly 100 files in 
question, and am writing the October Letter of Intent.  This letter will be 
completed by October 20th,and will include every piece of Heraldic business 
that has been recieved here as of today (October 12th).

Sending the notification letters will take a few days longer, however, I 
anticipate having that process complete no later than All Saints Day 
(November 1st).  You should recieve postal mail indicating the results, and 
I will also post a letter to the Merry Rose and the Atlantian Herald's 
lists summarizing the results, as usual.

I apologize for the additional delay, but as I am sure you all understand, 
real life concerns must come first.  All is finally sufficiently together 
to allow me to complete this task this week.
