[MR] Combat Archery Details for Kingdom Crusades

Greetings unto all from Siegfried ...

Tnek is not able to make Kingdom Crusades this year, and asked me to step 
in for him as Atlantia's combat archery marshal presense.

To that note, I have been communicating with Master Padriag, Earl Marshal 
of the East, and now have the following agreements to share with you 
all.  I do apologize if you receive this email more than once, but I am 
trying to make sure that I don't miss anyone.

The following are what are important/pertains to Combat Archers from 
Atlantia, AND, to all fighters of Atlantia:

Equipment Standards:
* All Atlantian's will be held to our own Atlantian standards for armor and 
equipment.

Helm Markings:
* IMPORTANT: Note that this year ALL combat archer's will wear White 
Diamonds, and be touch-kill - just as Atlantian Archers have always 
been.  This includes the Eastern Archers this year.

Engagement:
* Standard Atlantian rules will apply.  An archer must be able to see the 
front of the person's body, or face, to target them.

Arrow Calibration:
* The following wording will be applied for all Arrow Calibration at Crusades:
"Arrows that hit point-first, and do not glance count as good.  However,
be reminded that no archer, fighter, or marshal should be calling the
shots.  It is up to the honor of the fighter who was hit to call the
blow.  If the shot was not felt/noticed, then it wasn't good.  Marshals
should only approach a fighter if they are regularly, and obviously, not
calling good arrow hits."

Scenerios:
* Specific details may still vary on what scenario's will be presented for 
Combat Archers.  However, currently it looks like it will be included in: 
Hadrian's Wall, the 3rd field battle, and at least the 3rd bridge battle 
(perhaps more than 1)
