[MR] List Field Space for Baronies at Crown

Dear Gentles,

It has come to my attention that Baronial groups are sending requests for field space at Crown Tourney to Our Baroness or to our Seneschal.

Please send your requests to Gilmore MacAichlann oneof47 at cox.net. I am the Field Coordinator for Crown and will need to have your info if you want space. The Baroness and Seneschal cannot guarantee space, only the list field coordinator can. Send your Group's name, size of pavillion or dayshade and please state if you have ropes (A Footprint would be nice). Field space is filling up quickly, so please get in your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email.

For those who have sent me other questions;

1. Yes, it is tent camping only. (the weather is fairly mild this time of year though).
2. There are flushing toilets and hot showers.
3. There are a lot of hotels nearby, but since it is W&M's homecoming weekend, you will probally have a hard time finding one that is not outrageously expensive or booked up.
4. The camp store sells ice, junk food, batteries etc.
5. There are many eateries nearby, but I recommend staying out of the historic district that day because of the homecoming.

and one note for those with small children: The event site is right on the water and encourage those with curious children to keep a close eye on them.
