How about "I can carry one myself", and lacking the assistance of husky
squires to tote around a perioid wooden chair, DO carry my chair
myself. I've struggled with carrying wooden chairs, with no offer of
help from any of the persons who spout about courtesy and chivalry. No
more -- with the coleman chair, I don't have to "bother" anyone.

When I was taking the Big Green Box holding the Golden Dolphin heraldry
library to as many events as I could make, I rarely had offers of
assistance from anyone except fellow heralds. More often than not, I
had to grab the nearest male and ask for help in schlepping into or out
of the car.

When was the last time you helped an overburdened person?
