[MR] Group set up to assist those in Caid who lost homes and belongings in California fires

There's now a group on Yahoo called "CaidAssist" to coordinate efforts for
Caidans affected by the fires.  At least two families have lost nearly
everything they owned.  We're gathering information about who's lost what
and who's got what to donate there, so feel free to pop in and offer
whatever you can.
